A lifetime of client oriented positions in retailing, large corporate management, small businesses, even as a flight attendant, has given me a great appreciation for the needs and wants of the people I represent as a realtor, and to listen to them. Hill & Associates client first philosophy fits very nicely into my approach to assisting a client buy or sell a home. I am not out to be the agent with the most listings or closings, but I try to devote my attention to my individual clients and give them the attention they want and deserve. I do my best to take that out of the equation by communicating, anticipating issues, and making whatever extra effort is required to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
Most of my clients are friends or friends of clients, so most of my activity comes from the Westside. However, any part of Central Indiana is within my “territory. I have credentials as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and can assist you or family members make the transition to down size or right size.
