My real estate career began in Indianapolis in 2001 and includes experience as an on-site sales manager for new construction communities, a licensed residential real estate appraiser, and a licensed Realtor. While I received a B.S. in Education from Indiana University, my passion has always been houses.

In my spare time I do design work for remodeling projects, plus design and build cabinets, built-ins, and other custom projects. Each real estate transaction is unique and starts with a personal touch that includes a specifically tailored plan that meets your needs. I bring my varied real estate background to each situation guiding you through the buying or selling process as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s my appraisal experience to get you the best value, my construction experience to negotiate inspection issues, or my design experience to stage your home for maximum market appeal, I enjoy combining all my skills to provide the best service possible.

I also enjoy working for a company that shares my goals of excellence and exceeding expectations. Before becoming a broker at Hill & Associates, I was a client. Owner Sharron Hill was referred to my husband and I and became our agent. We were both so impressed with her knowledge and the degree of personal attention we received that when I decided to transition from appraiser to Realtor, there was no doubt what company association I wanted.
